Our innovation centers on a patent-pending, dual-structure tension system designed to solve the challenge of radiant heat. Unlike traditional awnings that only shade a single side of the vehicle, and covers that renders the vehicle useless, the Hovershade™ modular canopy frame system creates a high-clearance thermal barrier (air gap) over the entire rig.
By utilizing industrial-grade modular metal frames—compact 3-to-4-foot sections that expand up to 18 feet across—and an adjustable central mast, we’ve created a system that holds the shade fabric 4 feet above your roof. This provides ample clearance for satellite dishes and AC units while maintaining a constant flow of cooling air.
Combined with our unique 'curtain-style' roping system, we’ve engineered a way to provide 1,000+ sq. ft. of protection that remains stable even in a breeze. Most importantly, after placing the lightweight frames on the roof, the entire portable shade canopy can be deployed or retracted from the safety of the ground."
