The Hovershade™ frame system is designed as an auxiliary modular shade structure for motorhomes, RVs, and outdoor recreational vehicles. Proper assembly, installation, and operation are critical to safe usage.

Wind & Severe Weather: While the Hovershade™ system features a curtain-style mechanism designed for rapid opening and closing, users are solely responsible for monitoring weather conditions. The shade fabric must be fully retracted or secured during high winds, severe storms, heavy rain, snow accumulation, or other extreme weather events. Hovershade is not liable for structural damage, personal injury, or vehicle damage caused by failure to retract or secure the system during adverse weather.
Fabric & Third-Party Material Compatibility: Hovershade™ provides a modular frame system. When using third-party shade fabrics or custom materials, customers must ensure that the fabric weight, strength, and permeability are suitable for use with the system. We strictly advise against using heavy waterproof tarps or non-breathable materials that exert unsafe wind or water retention loads on the frame structure. Hovershade assumes no liability for damage or failure resulting from the use of unapproved or unsuitable third-party fabrics.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hovershade, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Proper or improper installation, mounting, or use of the Hovershade™ system.
Modifications made to the original frame structure or components.
Damage to vehicles, slide-outs, existing awnings, or surrounding property.
Personal injury or property loss related to environmental factors, including wind, weather, or improper deployment.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on hovershade.com, including but not limited to product designs, frame system engineering concepts, logos, trademarks ("Hovershade™"), text, graphics, images, and instruction materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of Hovershade and are protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any part of our products or online content is strictly prohibited.
