Hovershade™ Shipping Policy
At Hovershade™, we are committed to getting our modular shade systems to you as efficiently as possible. Because our products are professional-grade and ship in multiple large-scale components, we take extra care in our fulfillment process.
Free Standard Shipping
Hovershade™ offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees or surprise handling charges at checkout.
Order Processing & Handling

Handling Time: Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday).

Transit Time: Once shipped, standard transit time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Total Delivery Estimate: You can generally expect your Hovershade™ to arrive within 8–12 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipment Tracking
Since the Hovershade™ modular system often ships in two separate large boxes, you may receive multiple tracking numbers. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our California fulfillment center.
Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable carriers including FedEx and UPS to ensure your shade system arrives safely. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of the modular frame components.
Standard Ground Shipping: Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee.
Large Item Handling/ Your order will arrive in multiple packages
- Box 1: Modular Metal Frame Structures & Ratchet Systems, rubber padding, Roping System 1
- Box 2: Modular Metal Frame Structures & Ratchet Systems, rubber padding, Roping System 2
Note: While we ship these simultaneously, carriers may occasionally deliver them one day apart.
Domestic vs. International Shipping
Contiguous U.S: We ship to all 48 contiguous states.
AK, HI, & International: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations is available but will require a custom shipping quote. Please contact hovershadeusa@gmail.com before placing your order.
P.O. Boxes
Due to the size and weight of the boxes, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address.
Damages
Hovershade™ is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want you to have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please:
- Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
- Take clear photos of the box and the damaged components.
- Contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
