Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
At Hovershade™, we take pride in the durability and craftsmanship of our shading structures. We provide this limited warranty to ensure your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
What is Covered
- The Modular Metal Structure: We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all metal components. We warrant that the modular pieces will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
- The Fastening System: The ratchet-down hardware and primary roping system are covered for 90 Days from the date of purchase.
- Since the parts are modular, If a part like a one 3-4 foot pole is damaged, we don't need to replace the whole 18-foot system; we will ship the one replacement part.
2. What is NOT Covered
This warranty is designed to cover manufacturing flaws, environmental or user-error damage.
This warranty does not cover
- Wind & Weather Damage: Damage caused by high winds, storms, or heavy snow loads. (Please refer to our Safety Guidelines regarding quick-retraction in wind).
- Improper Installation: Damage to the structure or the vehicle caused by improper attachment or failure to follow the provided video guides and manual.
- Modifications: Any alterations made to the metal segments or the roping system will void the warranty.
- Cosmetic Wear: Scratches, chips, normal minor bending, or minor rust on metal components that do not affect the structural integrity of the system.
3. How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product is defective, please email Hovershadeusa@gmail.com with:
- Your original order number.
- Clear photos or video of the specific component that is failing.
- A brief description of how the failure occurred.
We will, at our discretion, replace the defective part or provide a full system replacement if necessary.
